Learn & GROW

The Garden is an initiative to put the land here at All Souls to good use, while also bringing the community together.

In our community garden, gardeners exchange tips and tricks about growing things here in Okinawa. If you don’t know how to garden, this is a place to learn! Our local neighbors will teach us all about growing locally.

Volunteer Sign-Up Sheet is online! For opportunities during the week for daily maintenance please sign-up here! Feel free to join us for our monthly work parties which are usually held on the first Sunday of each month! Click here for more information!

Individuals or groups may sign up for a plot. This is a great opportunity for civic groups to get involved and for individuals to meet others who share a love for gardening.

SERVE THE COMMUNITY

We have a common plot within the garden too. Proceeds from this plot go to The Pantry at All Souls, which serves the hungry in our community. You may also volunteer to share a tithe or offering of fresh produce with The Pantry. You can learn more about The Pantry here.

Let us know if you are interested!

We meet regularly to discuss and work on The Garden. All are welcome to stop by and visit if you are interested Tuesday through Saturday 9 am - 4 pm except for holidays. Follow the All Souls Garden Group on Facebook for info on upcoming Garden meetings and events.
